Casa Elisa Bremon d’Espina, a thoroughly Modernista building, has unfortunately lost the original ground floor finish, though the rest of the facade has been well preserved.

Cultural heritage
Built in 1905, Casa Elisa, with a ground floor and four storeys, conserves Jeroni Granell’s façade relatively intact. His personal style of soft lines is seen in the undulating top, the outline and the wrought iron of the balconies, the woodwork of the door, the sculpted decoration above all the openings and, most of all, the large gallery that centres the façade on the first two floors and which has conserved the polychrome stained glass. The three separate balconies join together on the top floor.
