An attractive Catalan Art Nouveau building dating from 1924 stands on the corner of Carrer Montseny and Carrer Leopoldo Alas, providing an interesting formal solution for its site. The magnificent gallery of seven rounded arches on the upper floors is supported by a free-standing column set between two arches that void it visually.

Observacions
Edifici en cantonada de l'any 1918, remuntat l'any 1924. Li dóna caràcter la tribuna del xamfrà, que es recolza sobre una gruixuda columna amb el capitell esculpit. La tribuna angular, que abraça els tres pisos, es desenvolupa amb una lleugera arqueria d'arcs de mig punt entre fines columnes. la resta de façanes és molt més convencional.
