Cases Folguera at number 182, Travessera de Gràcia, are twin buildings with Modernista features. Their most striking feature is the decoration on the top floor.

Cultural heritage
This pair of buildings facing one another stands out for the irregular disorder of the balconies and the brick top of the house, as well as the parabolic arches containing a bluish ceramic trencadís mosaic. Designed by Ignacio M. Colomer, the houses were built during the period of Noucentista splendour, but despite this they maintained aspects of Catalan Art Nouveau style.

Observacions
Aquest conjunt de dues finques confrontades destaca pel desordre irregular dels seus balcons i el coronament de la casa de maó, igual que els arcs parabòlics que carreguen un trencadís de ceràmica blavosa. Obra d'Ignacio M. Colomer, el conjunt va ser construït durant l'època d´esplendor noucentista, però no per això trenca amb el gust modernista.
