Science and technology for all: classroom 141

Of all the centre’s initiatives, Classroom 141 is the newest and perhaps the most innovative. Its aim is to bring science closer to the public and promote the use and knowledge of the new technologies at all levels. Classroom 141 organises everything from robotics workshops to talks on the human genome, and provides physical and online spaces and technological equipment to everyone who asks for them. El Raconet also offers training in ICT and new technologies, in addition to providing a book exchange point.

Stripart, young art show

Art has an annual appointment at the Guinardó Civic Centre: Stripart is the show which every year since 1995 has transformed this building into an immense exhibition space which displays works by up and coming artists and artists of every formats, from the most traditional to the latest trends.
