The gardens at the top end of Gràcia hide many 20th-century summer residences that are now part of the city’s history. Such is the case with Torre de Sant Jordi.

Behind the vegetation, as if just another flower, stands the 1908 Catalan Art Nouveau house-viewpoint, by Salvador Vilarí i Pupurull. The ceramic trencadís mosaic with floral motifs and the white sgraffiti on the pink façade bring to mind the magical world of fairy tales.
